Bars can be made from almost all types of alloys: AZ31B, AZ61A, AZ80A, M1A, ZK60A,etc.

Magnesium for tooling (AZ31)
MAGNESIUM for tooling – AZ31 TP : specially developed to provide plates with moderate strength and ductility. Our process guarantees exceptional dimensional stability during machining.
AZ31B is a wrought magnesium with good strength, as well as good weldability and ductility at room temperature. It is especially appreciated for making thin sheets or plates. Improved resistance is obtained by partial heat treatment (“H24” or “H26” stabilized or condition “O”).
Blocs & ingots
Pavers or blocks or slabs in continuous casting. We are able to supply blocks directly to manufacturers and processors (foundries, forges, rolling mills, etc.). These blocks are larger than the blocks of conventional dimensions. they are rectangular, with 2 rectified faces and with angles (if requested) and cut to the desired dimension.
Again, we will favor the AZ31B according ASTM B90/B90M-07.

Magnesium Extruded

We can carry out heat treatments according to the specifications of our customers.
We have been manufacturing tubes and pipes by extrusion since 1995. We are able to manufacture large sections, up to 600mm outside diameter with a thickness of 125mm.

Wire
Magnesium Wire: We have been manufacturing wire since 1995. Thanks to our 1250/2500/3600 and 8000 ton presses, our production capacities are significant.
Possible Alloys are : AZ31, AZ61, AZ80, AZ91, AZ41M, ZK60 & Pure magnésium
Billet
Billet: From our foundry, our billets can be made in different allaiges; The main alloy used is AZ91.
Magnesium-rare earth
We supply these very special alloys on request, in the form of billets or ingots.
